Aduriz gave Les Leones a famous win over table-
topping Los Blancos, who are now just two
points ahead of Barcelona, who face Rayo
Vallecano at Camp Nou on Sunday.
"We leave here with a bad feeling in our
stomachs because this is now two straight
games without a win and that is a real shame,"
Isco said.
The loss against the Basque side follows their
1-1 draw with Villarreal at Santiago Bernabeu last
Sunday, but Spain international Isco hopes their
form will improve soon.
"Things can change from one moment to the
next," Isco added. "The team is a bit dejected
but we must continue with confidence. Teams
have ups and downs and we have to tell people
to relax.
"It is difficult but it was also difficult when we
were four points clear. The season is long and
there are still a lot of games to be played.
"The team is physically fine. The coach is right,
we have to freshen up. Things have cost in
recent games but we want to hit top form
again."
Madrid have upcoming domestic and European
fixtures, but focus is already turning to their
looming clash against Barcelona at Camp Nou on
March 22.
"It’s a decisive game," Isco said of El Clasico.
"But the league will be decided on the final day,
there are still plenty of matches to go and all of
them are important. At the Camp Nou we have
to have trust in ourselves."
Madrid’s next game is the second leg of their
Champions League round of 16 clash against
Schalke, which they lead 2-0 following the first
leg in Germany. That game is at the Bernabeu on
Tuesday, before their Liga match at home
against Levante next Sunday.
